Troika Consultancy provides Personal Assistant (PA’s) services and support that is tailored to the individual, how this support is delivered, when and where and includes the choice of having PA’s who are known to them.

We have a robust recruitment plan for PA’s with ongoing promotion and interviewing involving those we support in the process to improve compatibility and retention. This includes full time and part time PA’s and links with local organisations who can provide assistance in the event of an emergency. PA’s undergo a thorough vetting process including enhanced DBS checks. To support choice and promote safety, we can help further support PA’s through training or providing information around insurance.

We act as a community catalyst, ensuring bridges are built and relationships maintained between the individual and the opportunities and support available to them. We supply information needed by the individual to make informed decisions through planning in partnership, taking control, maintaining independence and championing dignity and respect.
